Order Production Time

As everything is handmade in our studio, production takes 2-5 business days, depending on the flower stock.

Shipping Cost

Standard post Flat rate $9.50

Express post Flat rate $13.50

Delivery Time

Standard post delivery: 3-7 business days 

Express post Delivery: 1~3 Business days 

This estimated delivery time is for metropolitan areas, for countryside areas may take a few days longer.

Exchange / Refund

Our aim is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Ms.Bae's.

We take our best care to ensure our products meet the highest standard for you to get the most enjoyment out of our products.

Please note, for change of mind exchanges- You will need to cover the cost of delivery and will need to send us a return prepaid post bag. Please use a tracked method of postage as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please note that we only offer store credit refund if you have a change of mind.

For remakes on personalised items, we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. Once we receive the item we will refund on the product cost only. Sorry, but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products.

If at the off chance your item is faulty, please email us outlining the issue and we will be in touch to organise an exchange.

Items purchased during promotional sale periods or limited edition designs will NOT be eligible for exchanges or refunds.
